Common Questions
Learn more about our care model, clinical team, and how virtual psychiatric care works.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept many major insurance plans, and
we also see self-pay patients. Your specific coverage will be verified during the registration process. If you’d like to confirm before
submitting, contact us directly.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Most new patients are scheduled
within 1-2 weeks of submitting their request. After you submit the New Patient form, our team will review your information within one business day and reach out to schedule your initial evaluation.
Are appointments in person or via telehealth?
All appointments are conducted via secure video. We are a telehealth-only practice serving
patients across Florida and New York.
What happens after my first evaluation?
After your initial evaluation,
you’ll continue with follow-up medication management appointments. Frequency varies based on your situation — typically every 2 weeks to 2
months — and is determined collaboratively with your psychiatrist.
